5 easy steps to using a fuel card

Step 1

Arrive at a fuel station that accepts your fuel card (Find your nearest station using e-route, the Radius fuel station finder).

Step 2

Fill up your vehicle with the amount of fuel required.

Step 3

You pay at the till as you would with any other payment method. Present your fuel card to the cashier. The cashier will tap or swipe the card and ask if you’d like to record your milage and vehicle registration.

Step 4

If prompted, enter the fuel card PIN or sign for the transaction.

Step 5

Continue your journey! The transaction will then be logged on the company account and appear on the next weekly invoice.
