UK Challenge success for Radius teams

Between 20-23 July, 19 of our colleagues, headed to the Peak District to take on seven challenging stages, expertly designed to test them physically and mentally. They ran, cycled and kayaked over challenging terrain to compete in the UK Challenge.

Split into three teams, the strategy they set determined which routes to take, which obstacles to face, and how best to use the team members to complete each mission.

The three days pushed them to their limits, physically and mentally. However, along the way they forged new relationships, learnt the importance of planning and communication, showed resilience and grew in confidence to perform well under pressure.
