Easy invoicing
Keeping on top of fuel spend is easy, even with multiple cards and large fleets. All transactions are listed on a single invoice reducing administration and eliminating the need to gather fuel receipts. Our invoices are also HMRC approved, so claiming back fuel VAT is quick and simple.
As well as fuel card expense lines, our Velos corporate charge card is set up to work with Radius Velocity so you can track all fleet expenditure in one, easy to use location.
If you need more detail, our transaction reports can provide it. Whether you’d like to see purchases grouped by driver, vehicle or card, our online reporting means all it takes is the click of a button.
Comprehensive reporting
With our comprehensive reporting, you’ll have complete control of fuel spend, with the ability to manage multiple fuel cards at your fingertips.
Download or view reports in a choice of formats including summary reports, Excel and CSV files or usage graphs. You can run your own transaction reports for any combination of cards or card groups using your own date ranges or our popular pre-set options.
Our unique map view lets you see all of your transactions by location giving you a complete picture of where your drivers fill up.

With the continual rise in worldwide fuel prices, it’s more important than ever for businesses to be able to monitor the way fuel is used by individual drivers as well as the entire fleet.
Radius Velocity’s straightforward fuel efficiency reports calculate the MPG of each of your vehicles when mileage is captured, making it easy to pinpoint vehicle inefficiency and identify drivers who may need training in more effective driving practices.

Velos corporate charge card
As well as fuel cards, you can also monitor and manage use of our Velos Corporate Charge Card. Like with our fuel cards, you’ll be able to track spending through Radius Velocity, identify suspicious transactions and remotely block cards, and create comprehensive reports.
Kinesis
Radius Velocity is set up to work seamlessly with Kinesis, our web-based fleet telematics software, so that once your telematics box is installed you can start monitoring vehicle and driver data.
When combined with a UK Fuels fuel card, Radius Velocity will provide you with a comprehensive, holistic view of your fleet meaning maximum control.

Users of our fuel cards have unlimited access to our site locator, e-route, which makes finding convenient refuelling stations quick and easy. Using e-route will also deliver long-term cost savings by helping your drivers find convenient refuelling stations quickly, avoiding inefficient route deviation. Simply search for sites along your planned route or around a specific location and download the results in Excel or PDF to take with you.
For journey planning when on the road, we also have the e-route smartphone app, available on iTunes and Google Play Store.
