How to contact us on the mobile app

Open the app on your mobile device and log in to your account.
Tap the Contact Us tile.
Tap the tile which best describes your query. If none of the tiles describe your query, swipe to the next page and click the Other Query tile.
Enter the details of your query in the fields labelled Your Name, Your Email Address, Your Contact Number and Please enter a query.
Press the blue Submit button at the bottom of the screen.
Your query will be processed by our team as soon as possible.
